NFL Network saying it's still possible he will play week 7. NFLPA expected to appeal in a different court in NY.

The analysts I've heard say McFadden because he and Elliot are the same kind of back and that's why DMC has been inactive. Morris would stay in his current role.

Is this type of news enough for me to pick up a player with 0 points this season? That's the question

Depends on who you would have to drop. It's a gamble no matter how you look at it.

The only reason the injunction was dismissed was because the appeal was filed prior to the arbitratior issuing a ruling.

You're fricked?
I'm fricked. I've already lost OBJ, Allen Robinson, Woodhead, Carson and Marshall to injuries.
I also farted around too long and didn't accept a trade request for Zeke that would have landed me Jordy and McKinnon. Now its off the table b/c i'm an idiot and forgot about it and my buddy cancelled it once he got the news.
I figured i had time and i knew i was busy today so i wanted to wait until now to review it more closely and likely accept it. idiot.

This is far from over, he will now file in NY. We essentially hit a reset button back to where we were in week 1. Possibility he is granted injunction like he was in Texas before the season. If so this probably drags out until the post-season minimum.

Take it FWIW, the NFL Network reported he would likely not accept suspension because if he is found to be innocent later, he would never get those 6 games back. That is what the NFLPA's angle is when they file the injunction again.

McFadden has been a healthy scratch, but tea leaves suggest he'd be the primary RB if Zeke is out. Morris the 2.

So is it Morris or McFadden?

Or is it a crapshoot?
