Yahoo, you can. Can't do top 6 or bottom 6 on there though. NFL? CBS?

If we did that, you wouldn't be able to pick anyone up inbetween when they are ran. We do one on Wed now. If we did one on Saturday you couldn't add anyone between the first and 2nd waiver wire. You could set up waivers to run every day until Sunday but all of your adds/drops would have to be done through Waivers. Basically you couldn't just go add someone on your own.

Apparently this waivers issue is not just RT. I cannot find a website that allows you to make a claim for an unrestricted free agent all week without setting up multiple waiver wires throughout the week. That means you cannot add free agents without going through the waiver wire until the last wire is processed. ESPN and Fantrax don't allow the option either.
I have my home league on ESPN, and we have it set up waivers run through faab on Wednesday, then everyone becomes free agents and available to pick up.
Players dropped go through two-day protocol of being on waivers and available via bidding.

Well that is ideal. Reading through it, it didn't appear like that was the case. Maybe basketball is different.

Can confirm that is ESPN standard when using FAAB

It used to be a problem on ESPN, no longer so

Yahoo lets you do it

Could you send me a screen shot of your transaction settings or post it here? The thing that throws me off is that it makes you select a date that waivers are ran. If it's continuous I don't get why there is a set day for waivers, and it gives you an option to select every day.

Not sure what you are saying then. Because you can do it on ESPN and Yahoo.

Thanks, we have figured that out.
I was looking at basketball, and they do not offer the "continuous" waiver option like they do in football. Continuous means there is no day waivers are run, you just bid on players who are restricted. UFAs can be picked up whenever, which is exactly what we want.
ESPN only does 20 team leagues though...meaning we would set up TDFL as 2 leagues if we did it that way.

I don't understand what you're saying, so I apologize if this isn't helpful.
ESPN lets you run FAAB on the designated day- Wednesday or whatever. Then any player can be picked up as a free agent.
If I drop a player on Thursday, he will be on waivers for the amount of days listed in settings under "waiver period". I use 1 day in the league I run on ESPN. You can bid on this player using FAAB, or pick him up after the time period expires.
TL, DR: The waiver time period you select in ESPN applies to the regular waivers as well as any time you drop someone.

I acknowledged that ESPN fantasy football allows us to do what we want to do. I was looking at basketball and they don't give you the same options.
I set up a fake espn football league just now and they do waivers like we want to, so next year we may switch to them, but if we do it will have to be 2 separate leagues per conference because the most that espn allows per league is 20 teams.
