FWIW, I submitted a losing claim and fully understood the winning claim would be announced at 9 p.m CT Wednesday.
I just couldn't remember who I needed to submit the claim to.

Apparently this waivers issue is not just RT. I cannot find a website that allows you to make a claim for an unrestricted free agent all week without setting up multiple waiver wires throughout the week. That means you cannot add free agents without going through the waiver wire until the last wire is processed. ESPN and Fantrax don't allow the option either.

Honestly, the waivers thing is not that important. This league is already more fair and less random than any other fantasy football league.

Well now we know that other sites don't offer it. If you do FAAB, it's a free for all the rest of the week or you run two waiver wires and players can't be picked up between them.
If you don't like that idea, rolling waivers with no budget is the alternative. But yeah, it's not that big of a deal. Ideally you would not run an actual waiver wire, you would just bid on restricted free agents and guys not bid on could be picked up, but I don't see any site that offers that as an option.
