Our draft is next Sunday and I have the 5th pick

It's a 12 team standard league. We start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, K, DEF. snake draft. What would your strategy be? I'm thinking WR, WR, RB, RB

Not to have a "strategy" and draft the best player available. Going in saying you will only take wr, wr then rb rb could be a quick way to a failed draft. You have no clue how the draft will go, and will always have players fall to you that you may not have tbought would. So keep an open mind, and draft best available.

You can't form a strategy before the draft
You develop one by seeing what falls to you. The first 3-4 rounds are too important to pass on players because of a strategy

The best way to prepare is to run a ton of simulations from the 5th spot on one of those mock draft sites. It will give you a general feel of how your team will look employing certain strategies and how to adjust those if things deviate from what you expect.

I personally am never pleased when I go WR WR in a standard draft. But you should always, always just take the best players and see how the draft is falling.

Going WR first 2 rounds is usually a PPR strategy anyways.

I've got Ajayi as an 8th round keeper, so I'm targeting WR/WR. If a RB falls to me, I'll do it. But a WR/WR at the 11/14 and Ajayi in the 8th is a great start, IMO
