Yea it's not that good unless you're in a 14 or 16 team league.
If this is a 10 or 12 team league your roster's not great.

You will need to figure out how to upgrade at RB for sure. And Shane vereen is a RB

This. Plus, the starting lineup isn't that bad. You will run into problems though with injuries and bye weeks because the bench is weak. Play the waiver wire and you could have a competitive team.

Yea you took Olsen and Cousins way too early. Could have also grabbed someone way better than Fitz in the 3rd. It's a common thought if you're new to fantasy that you should fill your starting spots early and then draft backups, but that's not the best way to do it. In the future, unless you're getting the best TE or a top 3 QB, don't draft one until the later rounds, there's no value in grabbing them that early.
Overall though, it's not the worst team I've seen and you never know what could happen. Good luck.
