Go back and look at your "DUI scenario" and then add in if lawmakers added retroactive to whatever-date. It would certainly affect people already sentenced.

In this case, the agreement may not include Josh Gordon, but the retroactive is still in place you dumb frick.

But no one thinks it will get reduced to 8 or 10 and then reduced again.

We don't know what it's being reduced to. Could be anywhere from 0 to 6 to 12
