I personally wouldn't do the trade, either. As stated throughout this thread, though: it is not collusion, so the commissioner should let it be and tell the rest of the owners to sack up.

Nothing wrong with that trade, at all, especially now that Allen is out for the season.

You can waaaay more for the #2 WR in fantasy right now then a handful of potential. If I'm giving up Julio I'm getting a player who's been productive all season.

Also I'm not saying it's collusion, it's just a dumb trade on the Julio owner

Williams has been productive when he's played though

And now he's the guy.

Le'Veon Bell and Steve Smith owner in first place just over reacted and traded Julio Jones for Stevie Johnson and DeAngelo Williams to the number 2 team.

If he got this in the draft, league probably should have probably freaked out at their own mistake a long time ago.

trading julio for anyone is borderline asinine. can't veto the trade though.

how is this trade even remotely questionable as collusion? Deangelo was the top back the 1st 2 weeks and will likely be a top 5 back the rest of the way. Stevie Johnson is being inserted into keenan allen's role, who was a beast in the #1 passing offense. anyone bitching about this trade is letting names cloud their judgment. the deanagelo/stevie recipient may very well come out way ahead in this trade given the hardship in finding great fantasy RBs

You assume Williams will be productive but he's only flashed that for TWO weeks. Julio is the top WR in fantasy. At the very least you need to get another WR with more upside.

How can a name "cloud your judgement" when he's the #1 WR in fantasy currently?

Team trading away Julio just got better imo.

Do you think Julio and player X will outscore what Stevie/Deangelo can produce ROS?

Williams slots in as his new no.2, with upside for no.1 over Ingram and Stevie slots in as his new no.3 with upside for no.2 in a spot that he needs the depth. His starting lineup can be stronger. He just basically gambled on Diggs putting up no.1/2 numbers the ROS and I think that's a good gamble. Diggs looks like the real deal.

Possibly

To attempt to quantify his value, the guy has more catches than WRs on the Bucs, Titans, Cowboys, Panthers, and Rams combined

Although Williams will put up good numbers, that trade is terrible. stevie johnson isnt a viable option at WR and Julio Jones is the best receiver in fantasy so far this season.

If they think it's a shitty trade, they should have offered something better.
