Got the 9th pick in a ten team PPR league. I believe all three of these backs will be available here. Trying to decide who to take. Please help. TIA!

McFadden has the potential to be the top running back if healthy and he doesn't have Bush to vulture his touchdowns

You don't draft your first pic based on frickin potential.

Yeah let's build my team around a guy who has played in 45 of a possible 64 games in his career.

With AP's questionable knee, Forte is your easy answer. Didn't miss a game in 4 seasons until the 4 games he missed last year. Also averagess 50+ catches a year and Jay Cutler/Brandon Marshall will only help his game more.

I would take DMC based on reward. I would take Forte if you want to make sure he's still on your team week 12.

Every year, mo matter what position I have in the draft, McFadden falls to me. It is always in positions where he makes the most sense to draft.

Every year I get burned by him.

I imagine I will rinse and repeat this situation this year.

Especially since I'm keeping him in my main league.

No team with DMC has ever won a fantasy championship

No kidding. Last year I finished 2nd and 4th with him and pretty much count that as a victory.

He's never been healthy enough to even make this a fair discussion...he is good when healthy though.

Do you play in a league where you are rewarded points for player performance?

Pick Forte.

Do you play in a league where you are rewarded points for missing games?

Pick McFadden.

Freak wins happen. I won a league last year where I went Charles and Rivers in the first two rounds (did the same thing and TDFL and missed the playoffs).

8 or 10 team leagues, sure.

If it's a 12+ teamer you mustve hit a homerun with Gronk, Graham, Sproles, Cruz, Nelson etc. Absorbed the blow.

Forte has Cutler and an awful O Line in front of him.

McFadden is injury prone and plays for the Raiders.

AP is coming off of a serious knee injury, but prior to that was the number one, maybe two RB in the league.

Maybe try another option. Steven Jackson or Ryan Matthews.

Cutler isn't hurting him. And The OLine helped him get 997 yards at 5 yards a carry and 52 catches for 490 in ony 12 games last season

Matthews is hurt and SJax, while solid, isn't dynamic enough to warrant a 1st round pick/.
