No. The understanding has always been that the cheating was done via mail-in ballots, which a lot of states quickly (and illegally, for some) pushed to expand due to COVID. This is underscored in the documentary "2000 Mules" which tracked numerous individuals who supposedly collected ballots from voters then dumped them at a ballot drop location. These individuals would also take a picture of their ballots (sometimes dozens) just before dropping them in the box. Along with that, they would visit NGO sites before, after or both.
In one state there was someone who collected ballots from a drop-off location but then didn't turn them in for over 12 hours. Nothing suspicious there.
The voter roll purges we saw leading up to yesterday's election also underscored this. One state had over 2,500 active voters under the age of 8, yet the DoJ fought many of these purge attempts.
There was cheating in 2020 due to many ghost voters and the insecurity of mail-in ballots. Enough of that has been addressed to give a more honest view of the electorate's desire.
Now to see what sort of "MUH COLLUSIONZ!!11" hoax comes up this time.

In addition to the millions of votes missing all of the voting trends, bellwether counties, etc. all followed historical trends of every election
