Could have been...you know, democratic about it. Harris, the unpopular VP tied to a failing administration wouldn't have gotten the votes and they possibly could have found a more viable candidate.
Of course, Kamala probably made sure that if she got rid of Joe she'd be the heir apparent.

They were fricked six ways from Sunday up to and including requiring Biden or Harris on the ballot to access the Biden-Harris campaign funds.
Waiting as long as they did was what fricked them because it was too late to miss the iceberg by then.

They banked on Joe being able to make it to Election Day. It became obvious to them too late.

Someone mentioned Ana Kasparian in a different thread and I remember seeing videos of her and Cenk arguing and she was pissed about just this. Talking about how hollow the dem calls for "preserving democracy" are just a shame since they did that.
