100%. Trump did what he needed to at the federal level, it should be left alone going forward. I'm sure they will still screech about it, but they won't have a leg to stand on.

Amendment 3 passed in MO but there will likely be some court challenges to tighten up the language to exclude anything to do with transgender insanity. The amount of money spent on political ads in MO to vote yes on Amendment 3 was massive.

Sounds like you are finally getting it. Only way to settle the abortion issue was for RvW to go away. States are now deciding on what to do and there will be finality.

I know that on a pragmatic level you're absolutely right but the idea of sacrificing the innocent unborn to people apparently thrilled by the idea of murdering them just so we can win OTHER political battles is just something I have trouble getting over. How did the world get so sick that protecting babies is a losing argument?

This tells you everything you need to know about the campaign of fear. The Dems thought their female voters were dumb and didn’t understand the ruling issued by the USSC. The ruling clearly said that it’s a state issue, not a federal issue. Understanding this allowed women locally vote for their state amendment and against Harris. They thought that their fear mongering would make them prevail. It’s the ONLY identifiable issue they ran on other than “Trump sucks”. Exit polls clearly show that fiscal and immigration issues far out weighed reproductive issues for voters.

That is not popular and will hurt them.
The vague, esoteric "right to abortion" is popular, but in tactile terms, after 12 weeks or so, it gets a lot less popular real quickly
