4 1/2 day kitchen renovation is DUN as of 5pm today. One day behind schedule, but $1,000 under budget.

I grilled wings, sausage, and pork chops. Potato salad and baked beans for sides. Good cold beer.

Crawfish and green onion omelette, a touch of Colby Jack cheese, taters, bacon and toast! ??

For those that are thinking I’m cheating on my diet, just a little buttered flavored Pam to cook the eggs with, potatoes cooked in the oven with a little Pan. Only ate one piece of bacon and one piece of toast!

Full as I can be and it was tasty! :)
