Drag it in fron of your house and lean it up next to the mailbox. It'll be gone by lunch

Go to the Walmart in the hood.

Put it in a shopping cart. Go about 100 feet away and watch. It will be gone in about 5 mins

Does it work? Put it out by the road, someone will pick it up.

We leave ours out on by the street when it's trash day and typically someone will drive by and pick it up.

Its amazing at what people will pick up off the side of the road. There is this guy in my area who will drive the route of the garbage truck early in the morning, before they pass to see if there is anything out that he can pick up. He has a shop in which he sells things he finds and fixes up. So if someone leaves something like a TV, he is going to pick it up.

Put it on the curb with a sign that says, "Does anyone know how to get my brother's drug stash out of this thing?"
