And it won't happen... bet!

quote:

On January 11, MI, Judge Elsenheimer once again overruled the far left Michigan Secretary Of State and ordered the release of large amounts of 2020 election data.

According to the court documents provided by Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno, MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has been ordered to supply him with the following information by February 2, 2021.

Judges as a group lost a lot of credibility post election. Either they refuse to take the cases or whenever they try to do something like issue a subpoena, people just brush it off with inpunity.

I suspect that there will be lots of this kind of stuff going in the courts from criminal cases, civil cases and political cases going forward for the next 2 to 4 years.

Correct. What’s the downside of not complying?

I think they used “hero,” as well.

I’m not sure GP is more biased to the right than Yahoo is biased to the left.

These election challenges and legislature/legal battles must go one for the next 2-3 years to gain back some of the ground lost with absentee, ID, and those pesky machines.

ie the Wisconsin indefinitely confined ballots which were actually won in court just too late to do anything about it.

Georgia signatures.

MI dead people and lack of ability to count.

So why is a judge demanding info and data be handed over. Why did they try to wipe the machines when the info is supposed to be kept for like 22 months so audits can be performed.

Oh that's rt, because it's fraud.

quote:

The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is 1 in 250,000 ballots or .0008%.

Machines were at 68% error. Meaning there was fraud.

Uh huh, and the Sec of State won't comply and nothing will happen.

It's abundantly clear now our election process is a sham and not one of the institutions that exist to protect it give a damn.

Either fraud or incompetence and neither should allow Dominion within 100 miles of another election.

Except they have already done what they wanted to do.

This may be covered (at least partially) under FOIA however they'll probably appeal to the higher courts.

Keep us posted

The U.S. was never designed to be an instant fix. It's set up to be a process to gradually drive toward more and more freedom. It's too late for this election, but there's the next one to worry about and we need to get the voting laws changed now. The more information we have on what went down, the better.

Even if it comes out, the Dems are attempting to set up a propaganda ministry to “correct” wrong information coming out.

Things are turning bad fast and I have a feeling something will give FAR before the midterm, in either direction.
