Leveling truck—Bilstein 5100s or Spacers?

Looking at leveling my truck while I have some time on my hands. Saw these 2 as options. Anything to consider before I choose?
Also, I know to get the front end realigned after but where/how can I adjust my headlights?
Truck is 2019 Ram 1500 4x4

If you level with spacers your truck will have a Cali lean pulling anything. Leave yourself some rake. I think the highest setting in 5100s is 1.8 inches iirc.

5100's for sure. Also check out the Rancho quickLIFT though.

The 5100’s at least for Tundras go to 2.5 inches. The middle setting is 1.8 in. Maybe they are different for other trucks. And you can definitely do a Cali lean with 5100s as well. Depends how high you go. Just like you can use smaller spacers that will not cause Cali lean. All depends on choosing the right thing.

Bilstein 5100
Bilstein is one of the best "aftermarket" suspension companies ever. Toyota uses Bilsteins in their TRD products, for example.
I think spacers are asking for trouble.

They go to 2.5 for GMs as well.

5100s, i just did my truck about 2 months ago. I will never use spacers again. Ride quality was night and day difference.

There should be a small little opening with an arrow pointing at it. There is an adjustment screw on the headlight housing to adjust the height of the headlight beam.
Thank you for doing this. Most people will just raise the front end and not care about the headlights being too high.

Spend the extra money and get Fox shocks. Everyone beats off to bilstein 5100s because no one knows any better but they really suck.

I wouldn't say they suck, but yeah they are just a little better than stock. Still better than spacers

I've used the "doughnut" spacers before, never shocks.
YouTube should have a video for headlight adjustment
