There is a Freddies near me. Actually right by the whataburger. I will try them next time I get a fast food burger which a handful of times a year maybe.

You may not understand how these things work. That's what you do when you want to save a company with most of your management and boots on the ground entact. They may centralize some departments like accounting/hr/IT. But Those Yankee Ivy Leaguers. are incredibly good with numbers. They'll hire industry consultants for whatever they bought (Chem plants, refineries, paper mills, restaurants). Then get your business out the red, then sell you for a profit.
Tldr if a NYC hedge fund buys them, it's not to close it down or sell to a competitor like Jack in the Box or anything.

In and out sucks. That shite stand is way over rated, about level with McDonalds. Putting thousand island dressing on a burger doesn't make it good.
