Could you talk to your spouse/SO on the phone while watching porn without her noticing?
Apparently I am not very good at it.

multitasking essentially doesn't exist
it's a delusion people tell themselves they can do

Not good at all. I will admit it.
There are some things I can do, while doing something else as well, but in order for me to do as good of a job as I possibly can, I have to stay focused on that one thing.

Nobody is good at multitasking.
Because there is no such thing as "multitasking."
When people think they are "multitasking," what they are really doing is forcing their brain to switch rapidly back-and-forth between two or more activities, and perform worse at all of them than if they had focused on one at a time.

I am taking a shite whilst both reading and replying to your question.

Multitasking overall is not efficient vs focus effort on a single task. Research has shown this.

Dude, you are FOS. Never worked a job having to deal with 60 systems, and 300+ sub systems all at once, knowing what will happen, when it will happen and what steps that need to be taking way before any and all systems are going to react. And when shite really hits the fan, then thinks get real.

you were typing and sucking at the same time. That;s multitasking

SlowFlow is correct. Scientific tests prove it can’t really be done effectively

...what? Is there an assertion somewhere in there?
