Can't wait, but Netflix binge is for the downtime on the weekends.

I'm in the minority, but the first season was my favorite of the Marvel series. I got a chance to watch the first episode of the new season and it was pretty good. Looks like it's gonna be an origin story type season.

Halfway through and it needs Kilgrave back.

I don't know if it was the best, but it was a really good season. It's between the second season of DD and the first season of JJ for me.

On topic. Two episodes in and I already suspect the superintendent is the "monster."

I only got through the first episode so far.

I was not expecting the basement dweller to have the Whizzer's actual powers.

I don't think people realize just how disastrous and deadly Kilgrave a villain could've been to the whole world if he really wanted to frick some things up. He's one of the most dangerous villains ever in the MCU.

Jessica made the right call in putting Kilgrave to death. He was too dangerous to be left alive he could've controlled an entire government, armies, and the banks and there is no reasonable safe way to contain him completely long term in a prison.

He was a spoiled and selfish man child who had no concept of remorse, empathy and taking ownership of his mistakes and crimes and always sought to blame others for his fricked up nature.

It’s okay, but it’s ate up with the left-wing bullshite.
No Men Directors Allowed

quote:

In line with "Transparent" creator Jill Soloway's decree that no "white cis men" should have creative control over women characters, "Jessica Jones" season 2 has made sure that no man will get a chance to manspread in the director's chair.

I liked episode 11 but pretty meh overall.

All the Carrie Ann-Moss scenes just slowed things down. Guess what show runner, we already know she's an amoral duplicitous person from the other times we've seen here (i.e. Jessica Jones season 1). I don't want to feel sympathy for her plight; especially since it can be seen as comeuppance.

Also, the situation at the end of the season was obvious about half-way through the season.

Not nearly as good as season 1.

Is there enough Kilgrave in this season to make it worth my while?

(Season One was the only MarveNetflix series that wasn't meh for us. Because of Kilgrave.)

Yeah, the Hogarth stuff was completely worthless and took up way too much of the series. This season was completely average. Not anywhere close to as good as the first season

This thread seems to indicate it's not worth watching.

Yes I changed my mind now that I am in episode 9. No villain was not the way to go, what a let down.

I’m on the final episode now and am really struggling to even start it. This season could’ve been 5 episodes. Way too much filler, I don’t care about the Hogarth stuff, and Trish May be the most annoying, retarded character around too.

This was a dull, pointless season
