The winter Olympics are MEH, it's the first world Olympics, what kid in Kenya has a 700ft half pipe in his back yard to practice on. I mean come on, there are 3 countries competing in these X games. Winning GOLD means notta in a sport 99.99999999% of the world doesn't even know or even care about.

Down hill skiing...check.

Speed skating...check

Cross country skiing minus the gun/shooting part...WTF is that???....check.

Gymnastics on ice....check.

Hockey...check.

Luge....pushing it...but super cool.

And that is about it.

It looks like a Saturday afternoon on Fox in the off season sponsored by Monster and your local arena cross stadium.

Also if a prepubescent teen is the best in the world at something, that sport/event should be axed. Could you imagine the best football team in the world be the St Louis Lions Calvin Coolidge JR High 7th grade football team??
