We have tried all the ones you can buy from grocery stores and Bed, Bath, & Beyond. They all last 1-2 months

Ours has lasted five years, so far. We don't use it daily, however.

And it's from Bed Bath and Beyond

I've got that Swing A Way that I think my mother gave me when I moved into my first apartment about 40 years ago. How it has lasted more than 3-4 months is beyond me.

I have a hand cranked Oxo with oversized knob that's at least 10 years old. Works fine. I tried one of those can uncrimpers, but it was useless and hard to turn.

I've had one of those rubber handled OXO can openers for like 16 years. How do you break them so quickly? Are you using them to beat the cans open?

We have one from pampered chef that seperates the glue line. One of the few things from them worth a shite. It was a wedding gift from 12 years and still works flawlessly.

Kuhn Rikon Metallic 5-in-1 Can Opener from QVC. Bought it after trying all kinds of other ones.

This is the first one i've ever used that doesn't drive me crazy. Doesn't appear to actually cut the can, but rather separates the lid from the rest of the can. Works exactly how it was advertised. Costs about 20 bucks
