Had this in my pantry forever so tried it out with chicken and veggies. It’s not bad.

Mexican place in Columbus, TX.

Pretty damn good for being in a town of 3,500.

We are spending the night here to take our son to school tomorrow morning about 20 minutes away. Columbus is a small, small town but this restaurant was more in line with places you'd find in San Antonio and New Braunfels.
