Not reading all that, but no. Arkansas isn’t the next anything. At least not good. Maybe the next louisiana.

NW Ark is already crowded, for good reason (all listed in your OP). It’s clean, beautiful, jobs a plenty and mostly homogeneous

I’ve been hearing this lately. Seems like there are posters here who talk up NW Arkansas quite a bit.

NW Arkansas is pretty scenery, decent weather, and every company has some of their best/highest earning sales people in and near Bentonville to call on Walmart so there’s a lot of $$$ in the area

been in south LA 54 years now...a homogeneous population is number one on my retirement location criteria list (that plus legal weed).

Resident of Colorado here that has been looking at NW Arkansas. Love to mountain bike and would like to get out of this overcrowded Blue State. Was thinking of checking out the area over spring break with the family. Would be afraid that the area is on its way to being an Austin though from that article.

Don't worry, firm red voter and so is the wife (no pics) now.

Arkansas has a lot going for it that Louisiana doesn’t and their lost corrupt politicians no longer live there.

NW Arkansas is a super nice area to live. I’m up there a lot for work.

So, the advantages of living in NW Arkansas listed here are the Crystal Bridges Museum, the 5.5 hour drive to Dallas and walkable downtown Bentonville. Jesus Tap-Dancing Christ, that is depressing.

Aside from Walmart and perhaps companies down the supply chain from/suppliers of Walmart, what are the good jobs in NW Arkansas?
