Good for him. I'm sure there is some high profile black lawyer that we always see taking cases when a black man is killed just chomping at the bit waiting on a phone call from Brooks.

Nah, probably not.

WAUKESHA, Wisc. – One more burned bridge.

The Wisconsin attorney for representing Waukesha parade suspect Darrell Brooks Jr. in his Milwaukee County legal troubles has moved to withdraw from those cases due to new conflicts that arose when his client allegedly plowed through a Christmas procession, killing at least six people and injuring dozens.

"Relationships and familiarities, both direct and indirect, between Attorney [Joe] Domask and members of Domask Law Office and individuals, families, groups, organizations and the communities affected by incidents arising on November 21, 2021 in the Waukesha County Holiday Parade have created a concurrent conflict of interest in Attorney Domask’s representation of Mr. Brooks in this case," the motion reads.

Update: judge allows lawyer to withdraw.

He definitely won't call. No money to be scammed by him.

Is there even a black attorney out there that we've heard of that represents black murderers? I haven't seen one lately. Johnnie Cochran died back in 2005 so he's off the list.

He’s only arrested because he’s black.

They need an auto industry attorney, since it was a car that did all the killing.

I heard Bumble Bee was actually a pretty effective advocate in that regard

Imo... Seeing that Brooks most likely won't receive too much punishment or even attention... his lawyer opted to represent the red suv instead. That red suv is getting railroaded right now.

He’s withdrawing bc he knew victims and witnesses. And it sounds like more than one. His office has “direct and indirect” relationships with them. Just wow.

Brooks is such a POS.

I’ve been told being arrested for “driving while black” is a thing.
