With Saban aging, LSU under Riley could actually be the next dominant SEC dynasty.

Riley is young and he's brilliant at developing QB's, which is now the primary factor in determining national championships. Pair him with a good DC and he could legitimately win multiple titles here. This could be the dawn of The Era of the Tiger.

(If it happens. LOL.)

Alabama will go into the wilderness for 15-20 years after Saban goes while they try to replace him.

Good luck with that.

LSU vs UGA will be the real battle in the future.

If it happens, it’s a brilliant hire at the perfect time.

Yeah the contract being offered now is to make that play for the post-Saban dominance.

Kirby Smart is positioning UGA for the same kind of thing. Florida needs to be thinking that way, too. I'm not sure hoping Napier can transition up is the right play, but if he is and they nail that hire, they'll be one to watch, as well.

Also, there's always Alabama post-Saban to watch out for. Their next hire will be critical.

Ultimately, there's always going to be a bit of an arms race between LSU, Bama, UF, and UGA. UT and OU could shake things up a bit, but those 4 are going to be the 4 to watch pretty much always.
