Who says this poster is any more or less credible than the others saying he IS coming?

Change OP's post to say "Source in administrative department says definitely Riley is coming" and you'd have a million responses saying "I BELIEVE YOU!", endless 'IN' gifs, and people eating up every word of it.

OR maybe it's because every credible poster between here and the paysites have said, unless something drastically changes, it's Riley. When a random poster with a new account goes against what legit insiders are saying, people are going to say they're full of shite.
