People will celebrate Herman as an OC here, but downvote the guy that’s demonstrated how it’s done on offense. Joe Brady.
At LSU we like to figure out what works and then stop doing that thing. We’ll make reasons if we have to but by god success CAN NOT be allowed to continue or be rekindled on offense. We like to put ourselves behind the 8 ball with every opportunity.

If it really is Aranda and he's bringing Herman as OC, that's a grand slam hire.
I remain skeptical, and yes I absolutely think Herman is a weird fricking dude, but the combination of Aranda's defense and Herman's offense would be terrifying. Plus, those guys have known each other a long time.
Would be a fap-worthy hire.

The deal is obviously done for sure. Who It is don’t know. But that would be a great hire and since they are college roommates and good friends would make sense so..

Never gonna be “extremely excited” with that hire!!
That is a huge gamble on a guy that is only in his 2nd year as a HC. He hasn’t proven anything long term. If this truly is the case, looks like Woody swung and missed big time. Could end up costing him his job in the long run.

What has Lincoln proven long term?
That he can usually dominate a defense-optional conference and then get his arse handed to him in the playoff... by Dave Aranda, who has also (coincidentally) beaten him during the regular season.

It could be Aranda but with SW no one was saying 5 days before the baseball announcement "Praise Gawd!!! It's coach Johnson from Arizona as the "NEW" head baseball coach at LSU"!!!

Agree. They were roommates in college, and have seen each other naked.

Regardless who the OC that Aranda hires , I trust his choice. He’s not O , I think he’ll bring back the magic to Death Valley.
