LSU would be better going after Traylor then Napier. First and foremost, LSU is isn’t losing Napier to anyone if they’re not interested in him. frick.

How do you know LSU isn’t interested in Napier? Do you pick the rumors you like and take as fact, the ones you don’t like “he doesn’t know shite. No one knows!”

He haS signed no contract yet so he would always take the LSU job over any other.

He is one of the best recruiters in Texas and has won Big 12 recruiter of the year.

Word is if LSU offered, he would take the LSU job over the Florida job. As of now though I haven’t heard of LSU offering Napier.

Who said UL is a P5 job, I sure as hell didn’t. I find the people whose sole MO during this coaching search is to bash a damned good coach that the EXPERTS IN THE FIELD, namely ADs at top P5 schools, are considering for their openings to be laughable, in fact very uneducated about the NCAA football coaching climate.
You lose total credibility when all you do is targeted bashing. There are a few of you guys who won’t acknowledge one single positive attribute of Napier. Inconsistent, weak arse arguments.
Look, I love Napier. I also would be thrilled with Aranda, Riley, Campbell. I can see the strengths and weaknesses of them all. I’m objective. There’s no objectivity in any of your takes on Napier.
Y’all are either trolls or completely ignoring the truth about what’s happening.

So your arse is silent after you googled who Traylor was and what he has done. You acknowledge that he is known in the coaching searches and the fact that he has done something USLs coach has not- CFP ranking.
Links. Show me 1 place where Woodward is being quoted directly to saying this. I’ve heard people saying shite from USL side but not a single credible link.
Really? Is UsL ranked in anything? What has been his record vs teams with a winning record? How about saving your time and reading some of my posts about the magnificent wins THIS season with supposedly this great recruiting classes. Could it be he is a good coach at a small program that barely beats other small shitty programs?
We’ve seen this same politicking for jobs with the last POS we hired.
I donated far too much money as an alumnus to both TAF and the university to tolerate Ed O or Archer politicking hire again. Both were lazy and both were political. Get the point?

I’ve read your posts, and there’s nothing new and nothing objective. There’s no honest debate.
You’re just not informed about Napier or choose to ignore the news. And by the way you won’t find a quote from Woodward on ANY coach, we’re all reading the tea leaves. But his name’s been out there, so he’s being debated. I’m certainly not politicking for him. I think he’s a great coach who’s do well at LSU. To compare him to Orgeron is way off.
ULL is ranked in both polls, and finished 15 and 16 last season. One of those polls is from coaches. Legitimately knowledgeable on the topic.

We wouldn’t know if they have. Nothing is going to happen publicly until the regular season is completed at the earliest.
