Great verdict, hopefully the racist scum get the needle.

I’m not an expert on sentencing guidelines in Georgia, but I’ll venture a guess that they won’t get the death penalty. Greg and Bryan* were not guilty of malice murder. (Greg will die in prison anyway.)

Nope, he clearly was offended that Kyle showed up and blamed it on him.

Roger let’s keep this straight because you are unhinged

I said Rittenhouse put himself in a bad situation despite whatever good intentions. Prior to that and after I said the trial was a shame.

We disagree on something, get over it

As do I. Let’s hope more people begin to look at facts of cases, quit choosing tribal sides, and take emotion out of it.

You can protect your own all you want, but that dude was super pissed about Kyle showing up and blasting Marxists with a gun.

The ole "SHouldn't have worn that dress" argument could work for Arbury.

I'll review this thread and see if he was consistent. If so, I;ll apologize.

I reviewed. Yeah, he's holding Kyle to a much different standard than Arbury. We know why. (wink wink)

There it is again. Avoid substance and make up a lie to deflect. I’m just going to keep calling you out on it.

Bro you should really take a step back and maybe take a break from the internet for a bit. It's clearly driven you to the brink of insanity. Get some fresh air.
Just from reading his posts since I've been here, he seems extremely unstable.

Like, when EVERYONE he doesn't agree with is a progressive liberal soy socialist marxist authoritarian...then perhaps it's time to reflect on why everyone else is the bad guy except himself

I don't understand how people with (ostensibly) jobs and lives are able to follow these trials and become so intimately acquainted with the facts that they are able to take such strong stances on what the result should be. I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other on this or on the Rittenhouse case because I don't have a strong grasp of the facts - I have a life and other shite to do. Would be great if more people acted like this, but we all know that what's most important is picking your side in this dumb fricking never-ending culture war

Cool. Let’s see if you can show your work using quotes in context instead of strawmen.

Rog, can you explain the similarities between Arbery and Rittenhouse? How can the opinion of one be applied to the other. TIA.

Twana Brawley Sharpton taking his moment in the sun to race bait and grand stand. This distracts so much. When will someone tell him to shut up and go away?

Yep, insanity that DA's will just override the justice system.

While we're at it can we investigate all the DAs not prosecuting violent criminals, not pushing for minimum sentences, and not detaining them so they can commit more crimes? Start with Chicago please.

The courts finally getting it right doesn’t necessarily mean the system is just or that it doesn’t need reform.

I'd love to hear what reforms will prevent crooked DAs from prosecuting or not prosecuting cases. I know that the progs on this board think it's only the "good ole boys" who do it, but the progressive DAs in place across the country don't even try to hide it.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot and a group of City Council members urged Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx Monday to reconsider prosecuting five suspects in a deadly gang-related shootout last week in Austin after they were released when prosecutors rejected charges against them.

Chicago police sought to charge all five suspects with murder and aggravated battery after they allegedly engaged in a Friday morning gunfight between two factions of the Four Corner Hustlers street gang, the Chicago Sun-Times first reported.

The state’s attorney’s office, however, declined to charge any of them, calling the evidence insufficient. A police report further noted that prosecutors told investigators charges were rejected because the shootout involved “mutual combatants.”

There was ACTUAL VIDEO of the shootout in this case.

Figured they’d get guilty. I didn’t see any defense for them chasing this dude around town with guns.

Was he casing he place? Maybe but the 3 had no evidence of it. There's no way to defend what they did. First time I saw the video I knew they were fricked.

Arbury, like Kyle, had the right to defend himself.
