But the deal is in place and agreed upon. That much I know. LSU has its coach. Everything is a rumor until the announcement. Sit back relax. This will not be leaked. I know one thing as fact, Aranda was never contacted. So if you use that, we should have a great one.

I tend to think the deal has been done also. Not a verbal agreement, not negotiations, but a contract has been signed. Woodward is probably good at his job and I really dont think he's sitting in his office all day frantically dialing the phone trying to find someone to take the job, letting this drag out day after day.

I think it’s Riley. Woodward had Verge or somebody leak the “he said no” scoop to Feldman/Miller to take the heat off Lincoln so he could finish the season without getting badgered by the press.
