Simpson was not found NG because of self defense.
KR has a jury trial which declared his actions as Self Defense. Therefore, he is the victim and the other 4 people are assailants.

Wrong. Criminal verdicts supersede civil. Basically if the criminal case clears him of all charges (Which this did) they would be wasting their time with civil. Now Kyle can sue everyone who blatantly defamed him.

If I recall correctly, Guage Guy needed a Guilty verdict for his lawsuit to go forward and testified to that under oath.

There's more than enough video to quell that. Huber and Grosskreutz were committing acts of Assault. The evidence of Rosenbaum acting like an unhinged loon is overwhelming.
