Whenever he wanders off or starts randomly screaming... I'm just thankful for how presidential he is. He must be the most presidential president ever because most of the media worships the ground he can barely walk on.

He’s an arse and did not address the really problem with doing this. Who’s next to get paid for breaking the law and choosing to put their children and family at risk?
These are not even US citizens protected by any US law. A law was enforced and they’re getting paid for breaking the law.

The press secretary woman referenced a lawsuit that the DOJ was dealing with and how this would supposedly “solve” that. Where’s this lawsuit and where can I find the details of it?

Her statement contradicted Biden who said a day or so before that the rumored $450k payments to illegal border crossers was not true. What a precedent to set for future payments to other "oppressed" people.

Let’s just for example say an American parent sent their child on a dangerous cross country trip with a stranger, a relative or some other person or persons that was not a parent. What do you suppose would happen to that parent? You think the govt is gonna cut you a check for being a negligent parent? frick no!! The first thing they will do is immediately take that child into custody and CPS comes down on you like an avalanche, if you’re lucky. More than likely you’re catching some charge of child endangerment and you are definitely losing custody of your child… but if you’re a non citizen living another continent away, WE encourage this insanely dangerous and idiotic behavior.. and now we are incentivizing it with half million dollar payouts. frick this guy!!

I cannot imagine my children being stripped from me. The only solution is to reunite these families. And return them to their home country.

Whatever the reason a child gets separated from the parents by illegally coming into my country is NOT my fault.
