Richland Parish Box in a corner of CRP, mature woods and cropland…with HuntinJunior on a crossbow because the state only gives utes 7 days instead of 9
So far does and yearlings. Still sitting.

It’s the youth hunt this weekend in Arkansas. Sitting at camp watching deer this morning.
Looked at Facebook and seen kids harvesting some good ones. Made me think of this….

T-bayoudude killed his first deer this morning. Little 3 point but may as well be a Boone and crocket. Put a double lung shot ans he piled up about 30 yds off the lane

Hunting in woodville with my 11 year old son.
Power line stand with his 7mm08.
Didn’t see anything or hear any shots this morning.
My oldest is bow hunting on the other side of the place. I miss them all being able to hunt today with me and my wife.
He played his last high school football game last night. The years are flying by .

Me and two mini hammers squeezed into a 2 man box.
Smallest hammer looking for his first buck on his own .300 BLK on a small food plot.

Took my niece for her first hunt. She hasn’t sat still for more than 5 minutes. When she moves she makes as much noise as imaginable.
But, she’s enjoying the outdoors so that’s all that really matters.

Just finished skinning out the two I got tonight. Shot a doe at 6:05 and then a nice buck came by about 5 minutes later. Shot both in about the same spot and their blood trails actually crossed.
Both ran 30-40 yds and died. They were within 20 yards of each other when we recovered them. Those Traypan blades are wicked.
All in all a good evening and lots of meat for the freezer.
