Kristi Noem said last night on FOX that twenty states would be filing suit this morning over the mandate.

I like Alabama's approach.
Just let employees check a box stating they have a medical or religious exemption.
No questions asked.

I bet JBE is not one of the 20 governors. Such a shame how LA voters consistently are fooled by limosine liberals

Tic Toc, Tic Toc... When? If they don't get an injunction immediately, its too little too late.

What are the arguments they are going after.

I'd think Tennessee's would be 10th amendment since they passed legislation barring any vaccination mandates as a term of employment.

For the others,

They prob had to wait until this was actually a thing. No standing and all.

Not that we’re smart enough to vote against crooked politicians, we’ve done it for years, but Rispone probably won that election.

I believe it is already illegal here in Louisiana.

I wouldn't be surprised if JBE signed an EO to make it legal.

While I agree, it's doubtful that Lesbo Mee Maw will go that far.

Utah will be in as well. If your State is not, light up the Gov. AG and legislatures phones.

The Governor doesn’t get to decide if Louisiana sues. That’s the AG’s call.

Landry will be the next Governor...I know this board shits on him, but as AG, he has done what he can to counter JBE...way more than any other state politician.

Who will file for Louisiana?

We know JBE won’t do it.

The Alabama AG filed against the federal contractor mandate a week ago (10/29): LINK

And he just filed against the OSHA mandate this morning: LINK
