Derrick Davis Jr?
Basically hasnt played all season, not sure on availability.
I should say on defense. He has been playing special teams each game. So for whatever reason has basically gotten no run on defense really.

Coming off of a bye week?
It looks more and more evident the team has checked out. Either they were previously playing through prior injuries and now don't want to do so any longer OR just aren't really worried about following any compliance rules and thus, are getting "suspended".
I didn't really quite understand the benefit of announcing O's firing midseason...then asking him to stick around as essentially his own interim coach in the first place. I'm questioning the decision now even more.
Even if Woodward KNEW he was going to make a change at the end of the season, what good did it do to announce it in the middle of the season? No one was under the delusion LSU was going to make a big playoff run in the 2nd half. But by announcing Ed's firing he basically removed a ton of incentive for all involved to keep working AND gave early notice to rival coaches that LSU's roster is open for the picking. Of course there was going to be speculation throughout the season tat O would be fired at the end of the season. But until it happened, no one could be 100% sure and there was still some degree of motivation to keep working hard for all involved until something was certain. Now there is none...a situation created SOLELY by the AD.
There are not a lot of "ethics" in college football coaching, and recruiting...particularly in the SEC...is a bloodsport. You've now just given advance notice to other coaches, many of whom probably also recruited several players on LSU's roster, to reach out to LSU's players to "inquire" about transferring in light of the impending coaching change.
This is looking more and more like a lack of foresight on Woodward's part which, sadly, is not surprising, given his decision to significantly increase O's salary and contact years following the 2019 season came back to bite him in the arse. Even if he only got a moderate raise and contract extension following 2019 there was no threat of Orgeron leaving LSU.
He better land his "homerun". Because if we are JUST talking about football, Woodward has done a terrible job in that department since he was hired.

Pig Cage? Good god his parents must not like him. Talk about setting your entire existence up for failure. This is a joke right? Pig Cage? You can’t even make this shite up.

I agree that they have no incentive to play but i think flott is just banged up.
I want anyone to explain why derrick davis hasn't seen more time.
If he doesn't play this game then I'm going to start believing he is transferring.
