Ok, so I think i can shed light on this as I have 1st hand experience.
1. the article does a poor job writing what "immune-compromised" referred to.
Specifically it is speaking of transplant recipients. there were many cases and studies done on transplant recipients about whether or not the antibodies from the vaccines even took due to their anti-immunity drugs they are on now for the rest of their lives. these prevent their body from rejecting the foreign organ. ATM most transplant recipient's doctors are recommending the vaccine due to their susceptibility of illnesses. They fall under that "most at-risk" title.
Interesting enough however, when the health-department was issuing vaccines nationwide, those same people were not at the top of the list as they should have been. Further proof, gov agencies are shite and everything they touch turns to diarrhea
So while i hate the ground the CDC stands on, they do have some benefit of the doubt here. Just don't misconstrue it with the average joe.
