Kamala campaigning in VA; black churches WTF

I just talked to my brother who is a patent attorney in DC. He has done numerous 501 (c) (3) applications for businesses and said that if any of his clients had done this, their tax empt status would be revoked immediately.
Why doesn't anyone care? Why are black churches not held to the same IRS standards?

A church can't "lose" it's tax-exempt status because there was no process to grant one to begin with.
A church is completely outside the IRS enforcement system when it comes to income tax exemptions.
Many people do not want the IRS to wade into religion. So... this is the result.
This is another area where maybe the GOP, instead of whining, needs to do the same as the Democrats. I'm sure the media will crap bricks... but again... nothing the IRS can do.

We should know by now the law is meaningless when it comes to democrats. However they find it very useful when it comes to prosecuting the right. No longer equal justice for all. We live in a brave new world.

White privilege, duh.
Why can leftist politicians, FBI agents and the director lie under oath to congress? Why can Hillary blatantly violate campaign, and national security laws with no consequences? Why can FBI agents blatantly lie to FISA court judges to obtain fraudulent search warrants, with no consequences? Why can the president of the United States lie under oath in a sexual harassment trial and face no consequences? Why can a president and attorney general violate gun laws with no consequences? How can the president and the IRS director target specific opposing groups, denying them their free speech rights without consequences?
It goes on and on. There is one set of laws for the ruling class (especially marxist democrats) and another far harsher and stringent set of laws for the peasant class. It's just another reason why it is so crazy that the ruling class is pushing things to the point of violence. You have to guess that they are relying on the fact that those who resist can be isolated and crushed the way they have done so many times before. I hope the patriots in this country have the stones to stand together once things cook off somewhere. It's the only way we will ever see a change in the tyranny.
