Short notes there are no legal loopholes to force citizens to take a shot that is not FDA approved
furthermore, if it was currently approved then citizens still have a right to say no

It's all a part of the big gaslighting experiment to get companies to require the vaccine as a condition of employment....by and large it is working like a charm.

Another fun fact not mentioned in the article: doctors providing the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine are required by the FDA to disclose to their patients that the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine is not FDA approved. Are doctors following this requirement? Probably not.

I’m starting to believe this is true.

Are we still pretending this is actually a thing?

Unfortunately, yes they are.

This is straight from the links in this post.
I'm as conservative Christian as they come, but the FDA approved the Pfizer vaccine and it even says so on the FDA .gov website.

COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is the same formulation as the Pfizer-BioNTech
COVID-19 Vaccine and can be used interchangeably with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19
Vaccine to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.

Obvious bait and switch. There is no FDA approved Covid “vaccine” available.

You can’t get the FDA approved vaccine.

Please link me something, anything, that shows the Pfizer Bionet vax, the only vax currently available, is fda approved.

Yes you can, it may just not say Comirnaty on the label. It is the exact same thing as the Pfizer vaccine. Comirnaty is a marketing name.
But lets just entertain this meaningless distinction for a moment. What will the narrative be once Moderna gets approval for its shot?

Every single thing the FDA has released on the subject has mentioned that Comirnaty is the Pfizer vaccine.
We already did this thread last week. This "there are no FDA approved available vaccines" is not the profound point that people here seem to think that it is.

Who knows
This is what the FDA site says:
"On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older."
Could just be rebranding, could be using play on words.

You need to read carefully and distinguish between Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech. There is a tremendous amount of language in that document to conflate the two vaccines in order to give the appearance that Pfizer-BioNTech is approved when it still remains under EUA.
If Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech are the same vaccine then simply approve both and the confusion would be eliminated. This is not that hard.

The link you shared very clearly shows the fda believes they are two distinct vaccines. One had EUA and one has Approval. Only one is available however.

Even if it is the exact same thing, I suspect the legal distinction is important and why we aren't seeing Comirnaty here.

When would you estimate that Comirnaty will be available as Comirnaty?

Means nothing relative to this issue.
