I grew up in Jonesboro and am familiar with the size of Valley View's school district. Especially compared to the other four districts receiving seven figures, four of the largest in AR. VV doesn't have a lot of students. The money per kid on this thing is thru the roof.

Meanwhile they had to stop giving letter grades to kids because they were not getting educated and just auto-passing them to the next grade.
