I know we have a lot of fitness and workout warriors on the forum.

I did a 12min on the threadmill this morning. Maybe will attempt 10min next time.

Also list approx age, height, and wt.

I'm injured and out of shape and could easily run a sub 10 min mile.

Nope. I walked/jogged for 75 days straight, 45 minutes each time & never less than 2.25 miles and only broke it once or twice. Just not made for it. Can deadlift a Buick and still prolly run 4.7-4.8 40 @43. But I couldn’t out jog Oweo

Haven’t run a sub 10 min mile since college

I can, without doubt, run sub 10 min mile right now; sub 9 min mile right now. F my age, but I workout 5+ times per week, including aerobics (running as well).

I love me some Def Leppard and Nirvana, age wise, if that matters at all. Should not; hope not.

Earlier this summer I was at around 9:45. This week I'm at 10:15. Run 4-5 times a week, about 3 miles each time out. Started May 2020. Just being outside moving around Jogging/Sprint/Walk mix along with healthier eating has really helped overall feeling better. Seem to have more energy and less headaches than before. I was really overeating and eating too much junk food. I was getting close to over 200 pounds before I started this routine.

I had some extra time hurricane week in Plano, I went off by my standards

I’ve been training for a half marathon the last few months (race is on Halloween). As part of my training I did a mile for time last week. Did it in 7:21, which isn’t great by any means, but it’s definitely the fastest I’ve run a mile since high school 15 years ago.

I’m actually willing to bet that I’m the most in shape, absolutely horrible jogger on the planet lol. Give me a 24kg KB and it’s all good though. It’s weird. Ain’t much slow twitch up in here lol
