Didn't we have the overreaction thread a couple weeks ago?

They’ll be favored in every game after Alabama for the rest of the season.

I’m inclined to say that they will. A lot is subject to change over the next 8 weeks though

We will lose to Arkansas 100%. Probably State as well. A&M is likely a loss.

9-3 season is most likely outcome regardless of how the Bama game goes.

I think they could be top 10 at the end of the year

There are a lot of good teams between Ole Miss and a national championship.

This. There are several good teams in the SEC West. Lots of football talent. There will be several games where Ole Miss could go down once or twice but people are kidding themselves if they can't see that the Ole Miss offense is a problem.

The same posts were made about the 2019 LSU team. We saw how that turned out eventually. I think because it's Ole Miss we are talking about here that some are overlooking the parallels of this 2021 Ole Miss team in comparison to the 2019 LSU Tigers.

Well their season is in two weeks.

So how about we wait to see how that pans out because right now its Alabama's to lose despite looking beatable last weekend.

I’ll take someone that hasn’t watched them play this year for $1000 Alex

Florida's run game is ok & Bama struggled in the second half stopping the Gators on the ground. Ole Miss' run game is electric especially with all the misdirection, eye candy. Based on what both teams have showed so far, Bama's defense will have a long outing against the Rebels.

In terms of passing, Matt Corral is light years ahead of Emory Jones in that category yet Jones was able to have some success throwing against Alabama.

Also Kiffin is the better offensive mind compared to Mullen. This won't be the typical Ole Miss vs Bama one sided matchup fans have grown accustomed to watching.

Maybe I’ve just been burned too many times by Ole Miss in my day but I see this thing being a blowout. We snuck up on them last year and even though we have a BYE this weekend Saban always has his teams ready for these games. College Gameday should be there in Tuscaloosa as well. I have the Tide winning by 3 TDs.

Bo Wallace beat them once. Matt Corral is a legitimate Heisman candidate. C'mon man.

I can't see it happening this year but Arch Manning in a Lane Kiffin offense can put up some historic numbers.
