Biden shite all over that deadline. He delayed the pull out by months. During that several month delay...his regime didn't do anything. A 5 yr old would realize that they should've used those extra months to take that equipment away. To evacuate our allies and citizens. To let our allies and Citizens know that some bad shite was going to happen, rather than lie about the dangers and telling everyone that everything is fine.
