It won’t. Those folks aren’t giving up that gig. A majority of the beltway based fed gov employees have been “working” remotely for the past 18 months. I’d bet half are doing absolutely nothing and getting paid well for it.

Yes. I personally feel like we could operate with 50% or less of the current govt workforce at all levels, maybe 75%.
