I think he is done unless he gets 9 wins and cleans up the outside shite. And I mean 9 regular season wins to. Not this 8 wins and a bowl win.

If he gets 8 wins there's no way in hell they're paying a 21M buyout.

He's gotta go 4-8, maybe 5-7 and then he's done. After the season.

My gut tells me he will be allowed to finish the season, but Woodward is behind the scenes lining up the next hire.

The Johnson and Mulkey hires were relatively tight lipped, and most would agree they are big hires.

If we change direction, I am confident Woodward will get the best available.

He keeps his job if they win 8 or more games. Plain and simple. That’s a big if at this point. Let’s say he cleans it up. Goes out and wins every game except Alabama and a&m, then he MIGHT be retained.

Calls are going to be made come early November. First on the list is Napier

The coonass schooled Woodward back in February 2020 and got what he wanted.

Ed already won that.

That's the problem now, listening to the players all the time!!! Sure they need to be heard, but not run things. We need a black, we need a young man, we need someone that voted for Joker Joe Buyme!!! Screw all that!! Pay fball or get the hell out!!

I am absolutely blown away that we are in this position 11 games after one of the greatest seasons in CFB history.

It’s surreal isn’t it?

How fast it’s all just fallen apart. It’s incredible. To the point that one game into the year his termination is being planned

Not as excited. Up until Saturday I was a supporter of "O" but now i think he is gone.
More excited now to see whom Woodard will get.

Barring a loss to McNeese ..C. Michigan or Northeast.. the buyout will make it nearly impossible to let him go.
I, also, was an "O" supporter until Saturday. We need a change. I just don't see it happening this year and I hope I'm wrong.

Two conference losses on the books by end of day 10/9 means at least 2 of the following have occurred :

1) back to back losses to State
2) back to back losses to Auburn
3) Lose to Kentucky

He can’t lose back to back to a Western opponent outside of Alabama. To do so means LSU has lost its place in the West, let alone conference. He cant lose to Kentucky , a mediocre program where basketball reigns supreme, which would indicate that LSU is not a top 4/5 SEC program any longer. To crash that much in a short period is unacceptable , regardless of much anyone previously liked or supported him. LSU is a national brand. LSU is a 100 million plus annual revenue. 2 conference losses by end of day 10/9/21 will negativity impact 2021 revenue in an extreme manner. Two losses by end of day 10/9/21 will greatly erase 20 seasons of hard work to put LSU in the Blue Blood /National Brand conversation. We aren’t talking about 7-3 in 2020 and possibly 9-3 this year. 2 losses by end of day 10/9/21 means LSU has lost 3 games with Florida, Alabama, Ole Miss and Texas A&M still to play. 89-94 will NOT happen again.

I don't think so. If we have a losing season, then most likely. But there better sure as hit be something in the making if that does happen.
