These MRE have gotten worse.

I think the last time i ate an MRE it was made by haliburton, these Georgia MRE are straight up garbage. Bean Salad and Bean and Potatoes? And that weird shitty Sunflower butter.

Man the dehydrated Pork patty back in the 80s was the shite if you’d take the time to heat it up and rehydrate it

I liked the ones we got from hurricane Rita. The ones from Laura last year were not of the same quality.

Does only one company make these or something? I’ve never had or seen an MRE before so I really don’t know about any of the flavors y’all are talking about.

Civilian FEMA MREs (clear pouch) are fricking atrocious. I bought a box to test and they're barely palatable. Lower calorie I get but the flavor is shite and there's not much to them. Hell the only thing good is the fig newtons.

Chicken Tetrazzini, tortellini, and that Thai rice entree were good during Katrina... And I actually really like Ranger bars.
