Losing power in Houston at 1:00 AM in the morning February 14th due to the freeze and not having heat or water in your home for four days.

Getting the Vaxx was step one of hurricane prep. I'm sure everyone listened and are completely protected from such a thing.

Ibuprofen alternated with acetaminophen
Hydrate
Steaks
Mashed potatoes
Rub one out 2-3x/day
Working pretty well for me.
