This thread is pretty horrific.
This sniveling flight attendant is a complete loser, giddy with her newfound power.
We must continue to push back against these dumbasses that wish to make our lives miserable.

The use of compile in place of comply is annoying

Everyone on the plane should have ripped off the face diaper and started coughing “bullshhhhh” And “Eat m—“. As in Animal House!

What I do is bring a few drinks and snacks. I leave the mask off the whole time. But evertime they walk by I'm snacking or it looks like I am.
Never told to put it back on.
Unlike at the saints game Monday when I was grabbed and asked to put on a mask as I stood alone waiting for my dad to get his food and I was just taking a dip of my drink. " no eating or drinking in the comcourse" I was told.
The mask thing is a placebo.

I am confident it happened just like that.

I had a very similar experience in flight from Austin to Miami on American. Sitting in first, eating a meal, and wearing a company approved (airline) mask on my ear while eating.
Could have been the same lady. These people are nuts.

Everyone must think you’re SO COOL pretending to snack just to not follow the rules!

Doesn’t sound like he cares what people think. Those rules are stupid as shite.

I am sure this random guy on twitter who clearly has an Agenda is telling the truth.

I’m on roughly 4 flights a week (all on American). I’ve seen this once or twice, but I’ve also seen pax absolutely lose there mind. Police got called at the gate in LIT because a lady did not want to gate check her bag. Absolutely lost it, throwing stuff. It was a CRJ900, everyone more or less has to gate check.
In the 80ish segments I’ve flown this year though, only was told about the mask once.

I know an AA captain who's been with the company for 30 years and he's told me stories about flight attendants harassing uniformed pilots about masks. Some posters here are skeptical, which is fine, but I absolutely believe this happened. He can't stand the fight attendants. Says they've gotten very lazy and treat the passengers and other crew like shite. I was traveling with my wife and seven month old for July 4th and they made things as miserable as they possibly could for us. You know, because traveling at 7am with a baby isn't hard enough.

Happened to me. This was a year ago and I had the mask off having a drink. Now days the agenda is that you have to wear the mask and pull it down between sips. No such rule back then. The lady was screaming at me as if I just murdered someone on the plane. She even declared that she was "putting me on the federal no-fly list" and other stuff. It was bizarre and she seemed like a crazy person. Other passengers were shocked as well.
I made a complaint and actually got a call from AA Human Resources a day later. The HR person told me that "while it's a personnel matter and I can't give too many details, I can say your file isn't the only one on my desk concerning this employee." Sounded a lot like they were working on a termination. I also have a good friend who has been a flight attendant with Delta for 30 years. She confirms that there is a segment of their employees who have relished this opportunity to abuse their power and that the other flight attendants hate it as much as the passengers.
If nothing else, COVID has really helped identify the crazies that walk among us.

It's hilarious how the power hungry Karen's and soyboys think they actually matter.

Tiny tyrants i call them. Every bailiff and mall security guard in America (and sure AF Australia) thinks he's Wyatt Earp now.

Because I don't twit, I didn't get to the end of the story. What happened?

I am. I saw something very similar happen the last time I was on a flight a month ago.
If your mask even somewhat slipped off your nose, this bitch was in your face about it.
Then during cabin service, the guy in front of me had his mask off drinking when she came by with snacks. She asked him what he wanted. He went to reply, and she very nastily said "put your mask on SIR!" and would not respond to him until he did. Even though he was in the process of drinking.
