This needs to be pinned at the top of board. LSU knows this is all bullshite. This was done to get the gov and mayor's office off of their arse (which I'm told there was a lot of pressure).
People poking holes in the safety protocol are missing the boat here.

Same with classroom Covid policies. Once per month Covid testing for unvaxed students is similar to wearing half a condom half the time for safe sex.
