Now that the Taliban is out in the open

Why don’t we deploy one more surge, boots on the ground and gun them down before they can run back to their caves?
It drives me crazy that they’re just walking around in the streets - they’re sitting ducks we need to slaughter them.

We’ve been there for 20 years and want to end this, not start all over again.

The heart of the problem is the vast majority of Afghan people prefer the Taliban to the Western style democracy we tried to give them.

They want to be left alone. Even if the one's are killed that are out in the open, as you described. They will be replenished by even more foreign fighters via the Pakistani border.

The best way to stop endless wars is to keep on fighting them.

Neat idea.
We can actually test our technology vs their technology……..and against our technology that we left for them to overtake their country in a matter of months.
Super plan.

So, let me get this right.
- the group your military couldn't get rid of when it was 100k+ troops
- the group which the US signed a cease fire to withdraw
- the group that honored the cease fire and withdraw
- which now has available even more equipment and weapons
- which now has access to some of the old Afghan army troops 300k
You want to gun them down and send them back to the caves, with no or limited air support.. in which you really only have a few thousand troops?
And you call them cave dwellers?

And then what? Make our troops stay there another 20 years? Did the Taliban attack us on 911? No. Let them have the piece of shite country.

Thought about that this morning. If the begging doesn't pave the way to keeping trapped Americans safe ....
This is simple ...
In one day the Air Base surrendered in the dead of night can be taken. The Taliban could not with stand an all out assault on the base ... against American Forces. That takes a pocket of Taliban out of commission. Within days the air will be totally controlled. In other words China and Russia need to stay away. While the Air Base is prepared and supplied ground units circle and close in the gathering of the Taliban in Kabul. Human Shields my be attempted, but the goal is to permanently take down the bulk of the Taliban in Kabul. No one escapes ....You tell the lawyers trying to call shots ....GTF out of the way and STFU.
Britain is pissed right now. They were sending patrols out to locate their citizens and bring them back ....The Biden regime told them to stop.
Americans are scattered across the country. There are three major power plants being built. Turn Afghanistan dark. We did it in Iraq. Takes a few days to put transmission towers and lines back up. You don't destroy the plant itself.
Turn this tiger loose and Biden can look like a genius.
Stay the course and even the Democrats will be screaming for his impeachment.
Democrats in the House and Senate are already bitching and complaining.
Silliest part of this? Heel's up is headed to Viet Nam and Asia. They can't get her far enough away.

Why didn't we just drone the capital when they were all there on TV. Every single "leader" was present and let the world know it.
You don't do this when you are under US Drone's with the munition capability to level half of Kabul.
They knew they were safe and someone had promised them safety or they simply would not be out in the open.
This was a total set up and pure optics.

This is complete bullshite.
The vast majority of Afgans want to live and they will take the path of least resistance to do so. The majority of them do not want Shira Law but given the choice between that or death, how do you expect them to decide? This administration cowardly fled in the middle of the night sending a strong message to the Afgan military and people (including as many as 15,000 American civilian contractors). frick you, you're on your own. This has become a bad trend for America.
The US has proven over the last 30+ years that they are not committed to protecting the people they claim to be trying to protect. (Not the boots on the ground mind you, the ignorant politicians and their puppets in the top brass of the military.)
You have to go back to WWII to find an instance where the US policy was to defeat the enemy totally and decisively and then commit to rebuilding the countries they helped destroy and improve the lives of the people who have to live there.
I'm not advocating for countless and endless war by any means but if you commit to something as terrible as war you should have an obligation to see it through to it's proper finish.
I've long said war should be a rare final option but if you have to go to that level you do it so that everyone that see it fears you and would never want to bring that wrath down upon themselves.
That's a lesson our enemy's have perfected and one the US is still refusing to entertain, why? because we're refined? we're moral and just? bullshite, those words shouldn't fit in the context of War. You either go to war to win at all cost or you keep you arse out of other peoples business. Period.
The US military desperately needs more "Patton's" and less "Milley's" and unless we get them the US has no business getting involved in anything outside if the boundaries of the United States. We can not afford for our brave men an women to continue following orders from cowards and corrupt politicians.
There, as a veteran I said it.

I realize the will of the handlers of Biden is not there.
But there is a way to change the entire opinion of the Country making Biden out to be genius.
There are key indicators that something may be in the cards that everyone is overlooking right now.
The Afghan President yesterday was declaring his intent to return to Kabul. You wouldn't do that if you knew such a trip would result in your public beheading.

Do what? We got rid of the Taliban in 30 days and they couldn't mount any type of insurgence against a shell force of 3500 US soldiers.
What in God's name are you talking about?

LMFAO!

Well one reason is that there are Islamic fundamentalists that are flooding TO Afghanistan from all over the world right now because they believe it is now the actual Caliphate. In other words they are getting stronger by the hour right now.
The second reason is that Joe Biden is resolute that we will be out of Afghanistan come hell or high water by the 31st (actually will be a shorter window because the 29-31st will focus on coordinating our troops out not getting civilians out). He is cutting this place loose and we are running away like Usain Bolt.

Why? Both Obama and Trump surged more troops to Afghanistan. All it did was delay the inevitable Taliban take over, cost USA taxpayer $$$, and causing more American casualties.

We should tell them that if they do not round up and escort every American citizen and Afghan that helped America/NATO over the past twenty years then we will start dropping nukes on them. Also we will nuke one Afghan village for every American that is harmed, killed, or not accounted for.
