Would love to see the State punish the Saints organization as severely as possible.

They’ve had it too good for too long, and undeservedly so.

Tbh sooner or later we gonna have to show the vaccine proof or - test everywhere. Just deal with it and show it if you have it is really not that hard.

Why should the fans take the hit? I have had season tickets for almost 20 years, many of those with shitty teams. People supported the team no matter what. But now, the saints just forget all that goodwill and just say good luck selling on the secondary market where most games are already selling under face. Its neither the saints fault or the fans fault, but if a fan wants a refund the saints should give it to them based on the strong support of the fans that have sold out the dome for many many years. Not to mention the saints kept saying they werent gonna require vaccinations this year. Now they are saying you have to wear masks outside. I mean wtf.

The saints kept on saying they won’t require it because all the reports came out at renewal times. We all knew how strict the city has been with covid. So when it came time to renew fans should’ve considered this as a possibility. Also like I mentioned earlier my rep and even my friend’s rep both told us to expect this when our first payments were due. The only thing I can say my rep was wrong about is he said if I was vaccinated I won’t have to wear a mask. I’ll deal with that tho because he didn’t know about the state mandate. Finally, Technically they still aren’t requiring vaccines to enter you can still just get tested before to sit in your regular seats. Imagine if they would’ve done what the knicks had planned for round 2 of the playoffs with vaccinated fans on one level and non vaccinated on another level.

Why would i pay money to get tested when i have been to 4 ufc events where i didnt have to wear masks or show test results or show vaccine status. All full arenas and no issues with covid at any of those.

I hope Gayle threatens to move the team over this, let’s see how “smart politically” that is for Landry

It takes days to get lab results and what if they are behind? Or what if I am positive and find out the day of the game, then I have to try and sell at the last minute and be hopeful that someone buys them the day of the game. It’s total complete bs that they mandate this. I was assured this would not happen when I purchased them b/c I asked at renewal.

I hope Landry hammers that arse. Like I said earlier Raiders are doing right by their fans. Saints are just low class….

Maybe it's time to have the argument about whether tax payer money should be used to subsidize the Saints and the Superdome again.

With all the kneeling and criminal support, it definitely is time. This no refund bullshite won’t play well and Landry is very smart to make a point of it

Outside of those who put Latoya in office it will play as very smart.

I have it in writing regarding my Pelicans tickets that I would receive a refund if masks were required at all, let alone the vaccine shite. They have started that refund process because It’s in writing and they can’t do anything about that. They told me the exact same thing regarding the Saints but because my rep forgot to put pelicans and “Saints”in the email they are keeping my money based on that technicality. He fully admits that he told me I can get a refund for both teams and has apologized. I would not have renewed without that assurance. The only thing I am at fault for is not proofreading the email he sent well enough. Now I’ve sent multiple pleasant emails to his boss and left multiple nice voicemails over the course of the last week just wanting a higher up to own it! She is hiding and ignoring me. It’s fricking bush league no matter how you slice it.

anyone with half a brain knew that masks at the very least would be required for home games. I'm not sure what to say if you thought this would just magically go away and Latoya would open up the city

bullshite! They may have mentioned masks, but not a vaccine mandate for fans. Many people were told there would be no restrictions.

Apparently you don’t read very well. I did expect it, hence why I had my rep put it in writing that I could get a refund if masks were required. He put it in writing regarding the Pelicans and I didn’t proofread the email. I should have noticed that he did not put Saints on there as well. We also had the conversation multiple times.

My thought process was to hold onto the rights of these tickets for as long as possible. If masks were required I was willing to give them up. Also, when we were renewing, those that were vaccinated were close to no having to wear masks. That happened for a while! So no, they weren’t really expected to be brought back. You do remember that this vaccine was supposed to actually work right?

I thought Jeff Landry was a "conservative"? Why is he trying to get the government involved in private contracts?

Considering the hospitals are 90% unvaccinated/10% vaccinated I'd say it is working damn well. At no point was it marketed as preventing you from getting covid all together, it just greatly reduces the symptoms.

Check out this photo from the Phish concert in New Jersey last weekend, no masks required just proof of vax or negative covid test. The difference is the educated north has twice the vax levels of the uneducated south so they are back to normal.
