I listed most of my Seahawks ducats today on Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange. Crazy the Saints are more woke than Seattle. The widow is a POS for allowing this.

I mean she really doesn’t have a choice at this point if the vaccine/negative test requirement is a local mandate. I can understand everyone being pissy if Latoya lifted it for the city and the saints kept it but at this point they don’t have a choice

I need two seahawks tickets baw!!

I wasn’t referring to you personally as I have no idea if you are pro or anti vax. Please accept my apology

Strictly judging by the amount of time you spend on this message board I’m goong to assume you can’t afford to fly out of the country very often anyway.

Yeah, don't know how I could've possibly found any time to travel between those 68 posts I've made this calendar year.

Guess it's 69 now. Wild!

But, if you choose to not get it, deal with the restrictions that come with that decision.

There’s essentially a de facto vaccine mandate in NOLA and NYC right now. Don’t be so dense.
They are trying to make it to where unvaccinated cannot eat out, go to grocery stores, work out, or do any kind of entertainment. Employers are forcing people to give up their right to their own health decisions. It’s bullshite. Not to mention the vaccinated STILL SPREAD COVID.

I'm interested in what's best for public health and what's gonna get our society back to normal so we don't have to keep going back and forth with all the crazy restrictions. I don't want to wear a mask 12 hours a day at work. I don't wanna go into a mostly empty sporting event and wear a mask or sit far apart. I just want this shite to be over with and get back to normal.

I LOVE this excuse

“I want to get back to normal so I’ll just do whatever the government says”

You said you are a physician? You might be the biggest dumbass on this board if you think doing what the government wants is going to get you “back to normal”

First it was just 2 weeks
Then just a mask
Then 2 masks
Then you can’t have your business open but Walmart can be open
Then it was 2 shots
Now it’s 3

Tell me what specifically about any of this makes you think there is an end in sight?

I’m a physician too and I’m embarrassed by your response. You tell me why proof of prior Covid infection and presence of antibodies isn’t just as valid as proof of vaccination? If you don’t have a good answer for that then you need to reevaluate your entire worldview

Nah those days are over, and the Saints know it. They didn’t have to put any effort towards selling tickets the last 15 years. Now they are trying to bamboozle fans after 15 unprecedented years of loyalty.

They should absolutely provide refunds for fans that want it. Now, you should lose your right to the tickets. But STH should have that choice

You think I got the vaccine because the government told me to? You think they're still going to require things like masking and whatnot if we have a high vaccination rate and low case load in the hospitals?

First, very classy and professional to call me the biggest dumbass on this board when I'm trying to have a normal and calm conversation with the people here. Second, I would think that you as a physician would know that things will constantly evolve, especially when dealing with a new problem like this. I'm sure they never intended to need a booster for the vaccine, but if we find that's what it takes then that's what we will do and what we will advise our patients to do. Obviously by the end we will look back and see we did some things wrong and did some things right, but the power trip narrative is just silly to me. I truly believe the public health officials are trying to do what's best for their community. And why should I not believe that a vaccine we currently have that's shown to be incredibly effective at preventing hospitalization and death wouldn't be an end?
quote:

You tell me why proof of prior Covid infection and presence of antibodies isn’t just as valid as proof of vaccination?

If you're going to make that claim then surely you can send me data confirming that natural immunity is not inferior to vaccine immunity? Because everything I've seen to this point suggests the opposite. If I'm misinformed then I'd love to learn more to help me stay as up to date as possible.

I really hope you're not this rude and condescending with your patients. Really disappointing behavior from a colleague to speak this way. We all just want what's best for ourselves and our community. No need to be hostile.

I applaud the other physician for standing up against tyrannical rule under the guise of safety. I ended the sentence where it should have ended. The collective “what’s best for community” shite needs to go away.

It should be your American right to choose whether you get the sheep shot or not.

And they haven’t been trying to appease the unvaccinated for one second. If anything they are trying to make the unvaccinated as miserable as possible to force them into getting something that isn’t even FDA approved yet and still don’t know everything about it.

F*ck the Saints

So glad I gave up my season tickets years ago

I really feel for the people getting screwed this year

Hopefully they have a mostly-empty dome this season and lose every game

Why would the people at the games be getting screwed?
